The Election Commission of India has announced the dates for the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections. The elections will be held in 7 phases, starting from April 19 with the date of counting on June 4. There are a total of 543 polling constituencies across the country. The votes will be counted on June 4.

These elections are set to have the highest voter turnout in all the general election. The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced Lok Sabha Elections 2024 dates on Saturday. Sounding the poll bugle, the Election Commission of India announced that the Lok Sabha Election 2024 will be divided into 7 phases. Voting for the first phase will start on April 19, 2024. The counting of votes will take place on 4th June 2024.
Under the Lok Sabha Elections, Indians will have the opportunity to choose their representatives in the Lower House of the Parliament through the Prime Minister of India will be chosen. Notably, PM Narendra Modi is contesting Lok Sabha Elections 2024 from Varanasi, while Home Miniter Amit Shah fom Gandhinagar. Notably, the BJP-led NDA is facing a tough fight from the all-opposition alliance I.N.D.I.A block.
