Women voters outnumbered men in 13 states and Union Territories in the Lok Sabha polling which concluded on Sunday. The new beginning to this club is Bihar and Uttrakhand the only states from north to figure out on list.
10 states and UTs had witnessed more women than men voting in 2014, but within the then United State of Andhra Pradesh, recorded a large number of female voters than male within the part that now remains Andhra. Thus, sufficiently 11 of the current states and UTs had endorsed this trend five years ago.
The current list is managed by states and UTs in the south and northeast the only exceptions being Goa and Daman & Diu in the west and the northern states.

In 13 states and UTs, 11 states had more female than male voters even in 2014, the gap has broadened in each case very notably. It has increase from little over 6 lakh to more than 9 lakh in Kerala. In Tamil Nadu, it has increased over a Lakh to nearly 6 Lakh.
Putting together, there were 21 lakhs more women voting than men in total 13 states and UTs. The poll here is based on detailed numbers for the first six phases, and the women were leading around 1.3 lakh.
But it is possible that numbers from the seventh phase polling could change the picture.
