A 15-year-old boy was brutally murdered by a sharp weapon in the emergency ward of the Civil Hospital of Ludhiana late at night. He came to the hospital for medical treatment. During his treatment, he was attacked by a dozen of armed assailants.

The deceased has been identified as Shravan Kumar. Shravan along with his brother Sumit had come to the civil hospital for medical treatment. It is being said that Shravan and Sumit had a clash with some people in the area of ​​EWS Colony police station division number 7. Because of this, he had come to the Civil Hospital for medical treatment. 

The attackers attacked his head with a sharp weapon. He died on the spot. The family members of the youth allege that the police did not even arrange an ambulance to take the youth to a private hospital.

The deceased's brother Sumit told that he was getting treatment in the ward and his younger brother was standing at the gate of the hospital. In this, 5 to 7 attackers came and started attacking. 

Seeing this, Shravan also came to the emergency. The attackers got furious and also attacked Shravan with swords and other sharp weapons. In front of the police, the attackers fled leaving his brother with serious injuries.

Nardev Singh reached the spot. The entire incident has been captured in the CCTV cameras installed in the hospital. He said that the CCTV cameras of the Civil Hospital are being checked. The accused will not be spared. A case has been registered against the accused.

A police post has also been made by the district police in the Civil Hospital so that in case of any ruckus in the hospital, the police can control it. People tell that when this incident happened, the outpost staff of the Civil Hospital were present nearby. But the police took no action against them.
