How Ludhiana's robbery was planned?
As per Ludhiana CP, two modules were created for the robbery. Manjinder Mani was in one module and there were a total of 5 people on 2 bikes. The second module involved Mandeep Kaur in a cruise car and 4 robbers accompanying her. Mani was an employee of CMS, therefore, he was aware of everything about the company. He knew in what condition the cash is kept there. What are the loose points in the company in terms of security. He hatched the conspiracy along with Mandeep Kaur. During the press conference, it was revealed that the Ludhiana heist planning was going on since the month of January. Notably, Manjinder Mani knew that cash is not put in ATMs on Saturdays and Sundays. That's why the company has more cash on Fridays. For this reason, Friday was chosen for the robbery. Notably, just like professional criminals, none of these 10 accused used their mobile. Due to this reason, the Punjab Police could not trace their location.
How Ludhiana heist case was cracked?
Mandeep Kaur's brother had posted a reel of notes on Instagram. In his reel, there were bundles of new notes of Rs 500 were kept on the dashboard of the car. This made the police suspicious of his crime. The cash van in which the robbers took away the loot was flickering, about which only an expert or only the driver knew. Because of this, the employee of the company was suspected. Manjinder Mani was driving the vehicle on the day of the incident as well.
