New initiative by Ludhiana DC: Launch of 'Khabran Ludhianavi' monthly newsletter for direct citizen engagement

The district administration of Ludhiana has launched a monthly newsletter called 'Khabran Ludhianavi' to enable citizens to stay connected with the administration and receive updates on the latest policies, events, and functions.

In an effort to establish a direct line of communication with the citizens of Ludhiana, the district administration has launched a monthly newsletter titled 'Khabran Ludhianavi'. The initiative was launched by Deputy Commissioner Surabhi Malik on Saturday. The newsletter will keep citizens informed about the latest programs and policies of the Punjab Government, as well as the activities carried out by the administration in the past month.

The Deputy Commissioner expressed her appreciation for Assistant Commissioner (Under Training) Aparna MB, who designed the newsletter single-handedly. The newsletter is expected to inform citizens about upcoming events, camps, and functions so that they can avail maximum benefits from them.

Citizens will also have the opportunity to provide constructive suggestions to the administration by emailing acgludhiana@gmail.com. The launch of the newsletter was attended by prominent officials including ADC Amarjeet Bains, SDM Jasleen Bhullar, and others.

This move by the district administration is expected to increase transparency and accountability, and help citizens to stay connected with the administration.
