In another horrifying incident of gangrape, a 12 year old was reportedly beheaded after being gangraped by her uncle and brothers in the Sagar region of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday. The police sources reported that her dead body was found outside the village in a strangled and beheaded condition.
She had gone to school on Thursday and got kidnaped by her uncle and brothers before her parents went searching for her. Her father also filed a 'missing' complaint after she didn't return home.
After the initial investigations, Police went suspicious after coming to know that her uncle Chote Patel was involved in a land dispute with her family. The postmortem report has also revealed rape and murder by beheading the girl.

As per the locals reported, the 12-year old's brothers took her to her uncle's house where they allegedly gangraped her and then beheaded her and threw the body in the fields.
"Our two senior officers collected all evidence and recorded the statements of the family members. When everything was pieced together, we found that she was raped and murdered by her brothers and uncle. We arrested the uncle and one of the brothers," said Mr Sanghi, a district police official.
