Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut was threatened by Congress leaders for shooting her upcoming movie in Madhya Pradesh. Now in view of this, the Madhya Pradesh Police has decided to increase the security of Kangana Ranaut. Kangana Ranaut is shooting her film Dhakad in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. Local Congress leaders here had given a statement in the past that if Kangana Ranaut does not apologize for the objectionable tweet made to the farmers, then they will not let them shoot the film. BJP leader and state Home Minister Narottam Mishra said today that the government will ensure that "behan-beti" Kangana Ranaut faces no problem while shooting.
State Congress Sewa Dal secretary Manoj Arya and Chicholi Block Congress Committee president Nekram Yadav on Wednesday submitted a memorandum to a tehsildar in Betul. "If Kangana Ranaut did not apologize by Friday evening for her comments against the ongoing farmers' protest on Delhi borders, she would not be allowed to shoot at Sarni," it threatened.
Not only this, the safety of the resort in which Kangana Ranaut is staying, has also been given to an inspector. The police have given a statement that it is their effort that Kangana Ranaut should not face any problem. According to the schedule of the film, Kangana Ranaut will shoot here till 17 February.
It is worth noting that the Congress Seva Dal state secretary Manoj Arya, Nekram Yadav and some other Congress leaders had given this memorandum in the tehsil that Kangana would not allow Ranaut to shoot in that area.
Following all the controversies, Kangana took to Twitter and also responded to this, Kangana in Hindi wrote, "मुझे नेतागीरी में कोई इंटरेस्ट नहीं .... मगर लगता है कांग्रिस मुझे नेता बनाकर ही छोड़ेगी.(I have no interest in Netagiri .... but I think Congress will leave only after making me a leader.)
