Malaika, who is known for her love of fitness, often recommends yoga asanas and home exercises on her social media accounts.
Now, as the country fights COVID 19 and residents are advised to remain indoors, Malaika shared a breathing exercise that can help people improve their lung health. Malaika urged everyone to practise it every day in a video she shared on her Instagram account.
"Hold your breath for the red ball to spin 2 times, which is natural lungs, 5 rounds is solid lungs, and 10 rounds is superhuman lungs," reads the text on the picture. A image of a pair of lungs with a red ball in a circle could be seen in the video. One was asked to hold their breath for as long as they could safely while the red ball rolled across the lungs.

Meanwhile, Malaika has been strictly adhering to all COVID 19 protocols. The actress had received her first dose of vaccine some time ago, and now, in the midst of the COVID outbreak, she is seen keeping her distance from paparazzi whenever she steps out.
