The story is set in Rayachoty in Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh which speaks about Kiran Abbavaram who plays the role of a student named Kalyan.
Due to special circumstances in his family has to return to his hometown and take over his family-run ‘Kalyana Mandapam’. During that time he tries to fix his relationship with his father which was otherwise broken.
Sridhar Gadhe is one of those directors who put all of their passion into cellulite and create masterpieces. Even though the film is directed and edited by Sridhar, the story and the screenplay credit, including the dialogues are written by Kiran Abbavaram.
The era in which we are living right now has made pop culture very popular and the way Sridhar has portrayed the story will leave you being a fan.
In the depiction of the protagonist's story, we can see that Sridhar wants us to believe that Kalyan is still stuck in the past. The story begins with the depiction of an alcoholic abusive father Dharma, played by Sai Kumar.
The trouble begins when Dharma inherits the Kalyana Mandapam from his forefathers, and the gap between Dharma and Kalyana widens due to lack of communication.
While we get into the story we get to know how people doubt the capabilities of Kalyan’s father and tag him as a failure in life with a messed up business that has been going downhill.
The highlighted thing about the story is how the relationship between Kalyan and his father had many gaps which had been generated over the years.
After returning to take over the business from his father, Kalyan restarts the hall with new and innovative ideas and makes the business up and about again. Meanwhile, Kalyan’s love interest Sindhu gets engaged to someone else and her wedding was set to take place in Kalyan’s hall.
