Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is enjoying the love of her fans as her movies generally go hit at the box-office. One of the many reasons why the actress is getting so much love apart from her acting is her political and religious stands. Kangana calls herself a 'nationalist actor' and is a great admirer of PM Modi. However, this has also backfired the 'Panga' actress as she has been facing many legal suits.
Kangana on the occasion of Makarsankranti announced her upcoming dream project. Kangana announced that after wrapping up the shooting of Dhakad, she will star in the second installment of the Manikarnika franchise, titled Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda. Kangana and producer Kamal Jain will team-up to bring back the franchise after 2019's Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi.
Kamal Jain took to Twitter and wrote, "Our nation has witnessed many stories of brave women who have set great precedents. Honored to tell story of brave queen of Kashmir who defeated Mehmood Ghaznavi twice with none other than @KanganaTeam. #ManikarnikaReturns :The Legend of Didda goes on floors in January 2022."
Now, Ashish Kaul, who is the author of the book ‘Didda-Kashmir Ki Yodha Rani’, has accused the ‘Queen’ star of plagiarism and violating his sole rights. Talking to leading news channel, Kaul revealed that he approached Kangana to write a foreword for the Hindi version of his book in September 2020. He added that he didn’t received any response from Kangana or her sister Rangoli Chandel in this regard.

"She has blatantly violated my sole rights; it is illegal and an absolute violation of the IPR and copyright laws of the same country that she swears by. I find it so brazen and hideous and I am still inclined to believe that Kangana has been misguided," said Kaul.
Kangana Ranaut and Kamal Jain are yet to respond to such serious accusations of Ashish Kaul.
