In a major development, Manjit Singh Sidhu, Punjab CM's Officer on Special Duty (OSD) tendered his resignation from the post. As per reports, Manjit Singh Sidhu's resignation letter was sent by the OSD on Friday night and thereafter it was accepted. Manjit Singh Sidhu reportedly cited health problems in his resignation letter and therefore, the CMO office accepted his formal request.
Manjit Singh Sidhu was appointed as OSD in January this year. As per reports, Sidhu was handling the media of AAP Punjab for a long time.
