Mann government has issued a transfer list of 11 officers in the state. This list includes the names of 4 IAS and 7 PCS officers including the Jalandhar MC Commissioner. All the concerned officers are asked to join their new postings as soon as possible.
Here is the full list of the names of officers being transferred:
1 Shri Rajat Agarwal, IAS (2003) Secretary, Personnel and in addition Secretary, Vigilance transferred as Secretary, Personnel and in addition Secretary, Vigilance and in addition CEO, CSR Authority, Punjab.
2 Shri Devinder Singh, IAS (2010) Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar transferred as Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and in addition Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Classes Commission against the vacant posts.
3. Shri Puneet Goyal, IAS (2010) Director, Local Government transferred as Controller, Printing and Stationery relieving Smt. Vimmi Bhullar, PCS of the additional charge.
4. Shri Abhijeet Kaplish, IAS (2015) Additional Secretary, Local Government transferred as Services are placed at the disposal of the Department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar in place of Shri Devinder Singh, IAS.
5. Shri Sukhpreet Singh Sidhu, PCS (2011) Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Malerkotla transferred as Joint Director, Local Government in place of Shri Rakesh Kumar, PCS.

6. Shri Tejdeep Singh Saini, PCS (2012) as Joint Secretary, Cooperation in place of Shri Ravinder Singh, PCS.
7. Shri Rakesh Kumar, PCS (2012) Joint Director, Local Government and in addition Joint Secretary, Local Government transferred as Joint Secretary, Planning against a vacant post.
8. Shri Amit Sareen, PCS (2012) Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Fazilka transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jagraon against a vacant post.
9. Smt. Poonampreet Kaur, PCS (2016) Sub Divisional Magistrate, Banga and in addition Assistant Commissioner (General), SBS Nagar. Smt. Promila Sharma, PCS as Assistant Commissioner (Grievances), Ludhiana against a vacant post.
