After Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi accepted Masood Azhar's presence in Pakistan, it was reported that he was being treated for renal failure in an Army Hospital in Rawalpindi. Now, it is intensely being speculated that the Jaish-e-Mohammed chief was either killed or severly injured in the Airstrikes carried out by the Indian Air Force in 3 regions of PoK including Balakot.
Reports suggest that he succumbed to his injuries in the Army hospital at Rawalpindi on Sunday. His brother Maulana Ammar, in a viral video in which he is addresing a public function in Peshawar, accepted that the bombardment hit the Jaish camps at Balakot.
Also, there is a growing pressure on the Indian government to produce the evidence of the casualties caused or the precision of the targets hit by the IAF. Though, the radar images point to have a sufficient proof of the damage caused to Jaish camps.
On the other hand, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a political rally in Bihar launched scathing attacks on the opposition for acting like they are supporting Pakistan.
