In a tragic development, the place to chill in Majorca turned out to be the center of panic after a beach resort terrace collapsed on Thursday. At least 4 people were killed and 21 people were injured including tourists after the terrace of the Medusa Beach Club caved in at around 8.30 pm on Thursday. People living near Medusa Beach Club heard screams and panic of people, thereafter they called the cops and informed about the incident.
As per UK media reports, Medusa Beach Club collapse situation was so bad that at least 100 rescue workers were called in to save people stuck inside the rubble. Reports late last night suggested up to 10 people were trapped as rescue workers called it a "nightmarish" scene.
