The much-awaited web series Mirzapur is all set to make its premiere on Amazon Prime Video on October 28. The drop date was announced by Amazon on August 24. Mirzapur fans were eagerly waiting for the release date of the crime-thriller.
Set in a town called Mirzapur in North India, the first season of the crime drama had taken the audiences into a dark, complex world of guns, drugs, and lawlessness. Fans went frantic over the series and loved its pace. It also well etched-out characters. With Season 2, the makers promise the series gets bigger.
Mirzapur Season 2 will be back with Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu Sharma, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Gaur, Amit Sial, Anjum Sharma, Sheeba Chaddha, Manu Rishi Chadha and Rajesh Tailang in pivotal roles. The second season also features Vijay Varma, Priyanshu Painyuli, and Isha Talwar.

Amazon Prime Video had shared the first-look of Mirzapur Season 2 in January 2020, where Golu (played by Shweta Tripathi) was seen pointing a gun while Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) was seen on crutches.
