The case of Sushant Singh Rajput has become a battle turf for two states. While the Bihar Government has already recommended CBI Inquiry in Sushant's case, Mumbai Police has clarified that no documents related to Sushant's case will be shared.
Going by the reports of Bombay Times, a top Government source told a news portal that they will not hand over any document to Bihar Police as they have no jurisdiction in this case. According to him, Mumbai Police are still doing their investigation and there is no chance that they will hand over this case to other agencies.
Ironically, it's been more than 50 days, and not even a single FIR has been lodged in Sushant's case by Mumbai Police. Even they have deleted Disha Salian's investigation file 'accidentally'. Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi slammed the Bihar Government and said, "The statement from Bihar CM as being reported by media,if true, shows it is merely politics for him¬ basis of constitutional legalities or getting Sushant justice Law&Order is state subject,CBI decision can only be taken by Maha Govt. Bihar police&govt have no locus standi."
