The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 has been declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today i.e. October 16 at 5 pm. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results by visiting the official website of NEET i.e. ntaneet.nic.in.
The NEET 2020 exam was conducted on September 13, 2020, after it was delayed several times due to the extension of covid-19 lockdown in the country and rise in infection cases. According to official data, almost 14 lakh students have appeared for the examination this year.
The Supreme Court had ordered a special examination of NEET 2020 for the candidates who could not appear for the first attempt on September 13 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic situation. The special exam was conducted on October 14.
Candidates can now check their results on the official website of NEET or the DigiLocker app on their mobile phones, in case they go through any trouble on the website due to excessive traffic.

- Visit the official website of NEET i.e. ntaneet.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on 'NEET 2020 UG Result'
- You will be redirected to a new page
- Enter your roll number and all the required credentials
- Your NEET Result 2020 will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take a printout of the result for future reference
The candidates who appeared for the NEET 2020 exam will be getting admissions into medical colleges based on their marks and ranks in the entrance test. NTA will soon release the counselling details for the admission process.

Education minister requested new doctors to serve in rural areas

Mr Pokhriyal's advice to students who couldn't clear NEET 2020
Mr Pokhriyal said, "Students who couldn't make it, please don't feel disheartened. Opportunities in other sectors are waiting for you. An exam cannot define you. The country needs your intellect and acumen in those sectors."
