Neha Singh Rathore Video showcases the influencer slamming Prime Minister Narendra Modi and taking a dig on him saying that the person who could bring a halt to the (Russia-Ukraine) war could not avert a terrorist attack in his own country, and targeted the PM's supporters for asking her not to "politicise" the issue and aske questions. "What should I question the government about? Issues of education and health are no longer relevant. People are being killed despite the politics of nationalism and Hindu-Muslim is at its peak in the country," Neha said in her video message.
She attacked the PM, saying that despite the 56-inch chest, a term often used to refer to bold decisions taken by the government, people are getting killed. "Should I question Mohammad Ali Jinnah?"
She went ahead to claim that PM Modi will seek votes in the name of the Pahalgam attack victims, "just like after the Pulwama attack".
Notably, Neha Singh Rathore's video went viral on social media, and Pakistani social media handles used her videos at a time when people in India are enraged over the Pahalgam Terror Attack. Pakistan's stand is that India itself attacked tourists for political mileage, and hence sharing Neha Singh Rathore's video.

A case has been registered in the Hazratganj police station against folk singer Neha Singh Rathore. This FIR against Neha Singh Rathore was filed by national poet Abhay Pratap Singh alias Abhay Singh 'Nirbhik'. Based on this complaint, a case has been registered under 11 serious sections.
It is alleged that folk singer Neha Singh adversely affected national integrity by posting several objectionable posts from her Twitter handle. She incited people against each other on the basis of religion and caste. At the same time, she raised questions about the innocent people killed in this terrorist attack. To spoil mutual harmony and disrupt peace, Neha Singh Rathore spoke anti-national things about the Pahalgam attack.
After these allegations, Hazratganj police has registered a case under section 196 (1) (a), 196 (1) (b), 197 (1) (a), 197 (1) (b), 197 (1) (c), 197 (1)(d), 353 (1) (c), 353 (2), 302, 152 and IT Act 69a.
According to the FIR registered by the police, there is a possibility of disturbing the internal peace of the country due to these posts.
