Global streaming platform giant- Netflix on Thursday went down after facing 'an interruption' in its services. Thousands of users took to Twitter and bombarded the streaming giant with memes and comments. As a result, Netflix down started trending in India and other parts of the world as well. When Netflix down started to break the internet, the streaming giant issued quite a 'vague' statement. Netflix in its help centre wrote, "We are not currently experiencing an interruption to our streaming service." Furthermore, the help centre stated, "Netflix is Up". When True Scoop News tried to access Netflix contents from its own side, then the streaming platform was indeed working. It means, going by True Scoop's own experience, Netflix has been restored if it was down.
The outage-tracking website Downdetector.com confirmed Netflix crash as hundreds of users on Thursday were unable to access the video-streaming platform. On Downdetector, which compiles status reports from several sources, there were roughly 1,800 reports.
