The most anticipated guidelines have been released by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday. As expected the government of India came up with stricter rules and regulations. The guidelines impose complete ban on transport. The borders of the states will also remain sealed. That is, bus, metro, air and train will not be able to travel. Apart from this, schools, coaching centers will also remain closed. The government has said that the work related to farming will continue to be exempted. With this, masks has now been made necessary. Spitting will also attract a fine.
No Marriage or Gym Till Lockdown:
Government guidelines have given instructions to keep the gym, including religious ceremonies, and religious places closed. Ban on political and sporting events too. In addition, wearing masks has been made mandatory. Homemade masks, dupattas or skirts can also be used.
Farmers Given Exemption:
The exemption will be on all activities related to agriculture, farmers and will be allowed to work with the harvesting of agricultural workers. Shops of agricultural equipment, their repair and spare parts shops will remain open. The activities of manufacture and distribution of fertilizers, seeds, pesticides will continue, their shops will remain open. There will be no restriction on the movement of cutting machines from one state to another.
Hotspot Wise Relaxation:

PM Modi had said in his speech on Tuesday that there will be more strictness till 20 April. Hotspots that do not exist after this will be exempted. Guidelines on these discounts have been released today.
Transportation Service Remains Suspended:
Air travel completely stopped, all public transport including bus stopped, metro service stopped. A prohibition from going from one district to another, from one state to another. This will be allowed only on a medical emergency or special approval. The taxi service stopped.
Schools, colleges closed:
All educational institutions, coaching centers, training centers closed till 3 May. Cinema hall closed. All religious places closed.
Health, banking services will continue:
Hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, dispensaries, chemist shops, medical labs, centers will remain open. Path Lab, a pharmaceutical company, will remain open. Banks, ATMs etc. will also be open. Post office, LPG, petrol-diesel supply will continue.
