After 2 months of continuous struggle, the Supreme Court of India finally gave a green signal for the CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. The court also gave the CBI a free hand to probe any case to bring out justice in the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
While the Bihar Police has already stated that Sushant's case cannot be solved without solving the case of Disha Salian who was declared dead by accident on June 8. Now, Ex RAW Officer NK Sood has come up with his own theory on the case of Disha Salian. Sood said that being the ex RAW officer he has his own sources and he will unveil how the death of Salian took place and how it is interconnected.
In one of his YouTube videos, Sood explained about the 11 gangs operational in the Bollywood industry. As per Sood, Disha Salian was the victim of 'O' (Orgy) gang that throws luxurious parties. Sood claimed that Disha was invited at the party by actor Sooraj Pancholi. As per Sood, in the parties of orgy gangs, many newcomers are invited and they are often introduced to Producers and Financers and they often get exploited by them.
As per Sood, Disha attended the party due to pressure, and when the party got over some people miss-behaved with her, took her to a room and raped her. However, Disha tried to escape and hid in the bathroom. From there she called Sushant Singh Rajput. After knowing this, Sushant called one of his friends who were present in the party. Notably, it was Sandip Ssingh who had told Sushant about the death of Disha Salian.
After Sushant called his friend, he informed about this to the party organizers that the actor told him about this, and after that Disha died. Sood also revealed the name of the apartment i.e. 14th-floor galaxy region apartment Malad, which is registered on a TV actor's name. Disha actually lives in Dadar, Mumbai, claimed Sood. When Disha allegedly fall down from the 14th floor she was taken to the hospital and was declared dead by the Mumbai Police. As per Sood, Mumbai Police registered the case of suicide immediately without even getting suicide note. However, it was changed to an accident later by the Mumbai Police. Sood said that Mumbai Police did this so that the case can be closed without questioning anyone. Sood said that the killing of Disha is the work of professionals even underworld. These people are even connected to Mumbai Police and politicians. Sood also said that in these types of parties people of Mumbai Police are also invited and they get free treatment there.
Sood quoted former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane and said after falling from the 14th floor there were no scratches on the body of Disha, however, the postmortem reports reveal that Disha's private parts were injured.
Sood raised the question that how Mumbai Police came to the conclusion that Disha died by suicide? He also asked why Disha jumped from the building without any clothes which were revealed by the Republic media recently. Sood also asked how Mumbai Police later termed Disha's death as an accident. He also outlined that it is not clear whether Disha fall from balcony or window. He also said that the Galaxy apartment does not belong to Disha.
Sood said that Mumbai Police is definitely hiding something and CBI coming in may increase trouble for the Mumbai Police and some of its senir officers who are involved in investigation of these two actors.
