The district administration is all set to start registration for Covid-19 vaccine jab going to be started at all 33 sewa kendras in the district from March 4, 2021 to facilitates senior citizens and persons with co-mordities, said Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori.
Divulging more, the deputy commissioner said that the registration facility would be provided at the Sewa Kendras at the facilitation charges of Rs. 30. He further added that beneficiaries need to bring their Aadhar card, mobile phone along with them and a medical certificate in case of having co-morbidities.
He said that people above the age of 60 years and people aged 45 and above with co-morbidities is eligible for the vaccination during the third phase of the drive adding they can book for the inoculation at the all 33 Sewa Kendras across district.
The deputy commissioner said that the vaccination registration at sewa kendra is an OTP based system, where password would be sent on beneficiaries’ mobile number, so all eligible beneficiaries must carey their mobiles while visiting Sewa Kendras.The beneficiaries would receive all the necessary information regarding their vaccination on their registered mobile number, added. The DC further urged all the eligible beneficiaries to come forward for the vaccination as it can protect them from the ill-effects of the infection.
