A large demolition effort against "illegal" structures in Haryana's Nuh has become the latest flashpoint between two communities in the violence-plagued state. The Sahara Hotel, from which stones were thrown during the riots in Haryana's Nuh, was demolished by the state. This motel was fully demolished on Sunday under intense police supervision by using a bulldozer. On Sunday, illegal structures in Nuh were demolished for the fourth day in a row. Police and administration claim that all of these belonged to rioters participated in the violence on July 31 or were used to propagate the unrest.

On the other hand, the police have registered a FIR for murder against 150 persons, including Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Javed Ahmed, in connection with the death of Pradeep Sharma of Gurugram during the Nuh violence. The complaint was filed in Sohna, Gurugram. Although Javed claims that this scenario is incorrect, he was not present that day.
Pawan stated in the FIR filed against Javed that “About 10.30 p.m. on July 31, we were driving from Nuh to Sohna in a car. In the meantime, the Nuh police assisted us and dropped us off at the KMP highway. We were told that the road ahead is clear, so we should depart. There were 150 people standing near Nirankari College when we arrived. They held stones, iron rods, and firearms. Javed was also there. The enraged mob attacked us at his command. Threw stones at our car due to which the automobile crashed with the divider uncontrollably. When I stepped out of the car, I heard Javed say to kill everyone. Whatever happens, I'll handle it. Hearing this, 20-25 people attacked us. They began thrashing Pradeep and Ganpat. In front of me, an iron rod was struck on Pradeep's skull. As a result, he collapsed. The police arrived when the bullets started flying. They got me and Ganpat out of the mob, and the crowd proceeded to beat Pradeep with sticks. He was brought to the hospital in severe condition, where he died.”

Maman Khan, a Congress MLA, has had his security removed by the administration. Maman Khan is the Nuh MLA representing Ferozepur Jhirka. Questions have also been raised about him in relation to the Nuh violence. The administration is keeping an eye on Maman Khan because of an earlier threatening video and a Vidhansabha tweet. MLA Maman Khan, on the other hand, stated that his life is in danger and that he is receiving threats.
"I was not informed about the Nuh violence on time," Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij stated. “Even a private person told a private person on the phone several hours after the assault. Even the most senior police officials were unaware of the violence." He also said, “Nuh SP Varun Singla was already on leave. Palwal SP was given extra charge of the district while Home Department additional Chief Secretary TVSN Prasad was on pilgrimage to Vaishno Devi in Jammu that day. The CID reports directly to the Chief Minister. He did not share any intelligence with the Home Department.”
