In a shocking and blood-boiling incident, an indigenous woman was brutally attacked while she was jogging by a white woman for the trivial reason of not wearing a bra in Ottawa. An indigenous woman named Laura Gagnon on Thursday took to her Twitter handle and revealed that she was attacked by a white woman who was angry with her because she was not wearing a bra (undergarment). Notably, Ottawa jogging woman video has went viral on social media as Laura was live on Instagram when the incident took place.
Sharing the Ottawa jogging woman viral video, Laura wrote, "Yesterday evening I was attacked by a white woman who was upset I was wearing no bra. I utilized IG live to record her actions against me. I have never experienced a white mob chasing me and it’s the scariest thing that’s ever happened to me in my life. Please be safe out there."
In the Ottawa jogging woman viral video, it can be seen the woman recording showing an angry white woman following her. In fact, the indigenous woman in the viral video says, 'You are body shaming.' Irked by this, the White woman attacks her and try to take her phone. In the push and pull, Laura drops her phone, and then after a while, she picks it up to go to her car. Interestingly, a mob of people allegedly assumed that Laura stole the white woman’s phone and started to harass her by pounding on her car window demanding to give up the phone.

Notably, Ottawa Police was near to an area near Billings Bridge for another case. However, when they found the woman that had been assaulted, they made an investigation. Following the investigation, the white woman who was revealed to be 37 years old was arrested and was charged with assault, and served with an undertaking for a court appearance. Furthermore, the Ottawa police claimed they have reached out to the victim to offer support, and that they take this investigation very seriously.
