Ever since Dr. Sudhir Gupta (AIIMS Forensic Panel Head) has ruled out the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's case and called it a clear case of suicide, the late actor's family and fans are in shock. Now, Dr. Sudhir Gupta's audiotape has sparked yet another controversy. In his audiotape, Dr. Gupta clearly stated that Sushant was murdered and the evidence was destroyed. He also went on to say that the crime scene was contaminated and therefore the medical team now cannot investigate it with full sanctity.

Therefore, Dr. Sudhir Gupta has come under the scanner and people are asking questions from him. Padma Shri Awardee Dr. Sanjeev Bagai raised his suspicion on Dr. Gupta's suicide theory and pointed out some loopholes in the report.

Talking to Times Now, Dr. Bagai said, "The crime scene was contaminated. The first responders who were there whether they took an adequate amount of samples or not? Whether they took fingerprints, DNA samples from various objects present at the crime scene. The overall picture of the crime scene was suspicious. To medically label it as suicide is premature.

The autopsy of Sushant was delayed. From the time of death until the time of autopsy was done there was a huge delay. The number of tests that were done and the types of toxicology analysis which were done that need to be determined by the CBI. I will go by the CBI's comprehensive report when it comes. Whether the hair samples were preserved. Hair samples were preserved because hair is the only thing in a body that will give a report which is sensitive enough even 90 after days after the death.

The autopsy which was conducted by the AIIMS is just an analysis, initial autopsy is always circumscribed. It's been such a long delay. So, I will not hurry in labeling Sushant's death as a suicide. Dr. Bagai in the end said that the entire set of circumstances look extremely suspicious. There were lots of reports that Sushant was on various kinds of medication. If Sushant was on so many medications then why nothing was found in his blood samples?
