New Delhi: On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with a cross section of students, teachers and parents from India and abroad in the second edition of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' here. This year, college students from 24 States/UTs will also participate in the programme, informed the official sources.
On January 22, addressing the Pravasi Bharatia Divas Sammelan in his parliamentary constituency of Varanasi, Mr Modi had announced that he will undertake the marathon interactive programme with lakhs of students, their parents and academicians through video conferencing programme.
"I will interact with students and try to speak to them on exam related stress. This stress usually figures in students' mind during the exam season", Prime Minister has said.
Sources also said that a total of 2000 students, teachers and parents will take part at Talkatora Stadium from all over India in 'Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0'.
For the first time, students from all over India and also Indian students residing abroad are participating as compared to last year where only Delhi or NCR students were invited. The participants from abroad would also include students and participants from countries such as Russia, Nigeria, Iran, Nepal, Doha, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, the source said.
