Parineeti Chopra is a famous Indian actress and singer who majorly works in Bollywood films. She has received a lot of awards including a Filmfare and a National Film Award. She hails from Ambala, Haryana into a Punjabi Hindu family. Priyanka Chopra, Meera Chopra and Mannara Chopra are her cousins. She got married to politician Raghav Chadda in a traditional Hindu wedding in 2023.
When she got criticized for her weight, she said, “I agreed with them that I wasn't looking my best. I wasn't doing my best for my fitness. I think I would have gotten hurt if I was doing everything that I could and I was really my fittest, and then people didn't like the way I looked. I think that would have affected me. But I agreed with them because I knew I wasn't doing my best.”

- · RRR: This historical movie starred N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan and Alia Bhatt turned out as a hit at the box office. Before casting Alia in the movie, the role was offered to several other actresses including Shraddha Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra.
- · Piku: The lead role of this movie was initially offered to Parineeti, but because she was occupied with other projects, she denied. This movie starred Irfan Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. Parineeti later regretted losing this movie.
- · Kick: This Salman Khan starrer movie was first offered to Parineeti but she refused to do the movie as she felt, she did not have a substantial role in the movie. Later the role was taken by Jacqueliene Fernandez.
