PM Modi on Thursday, in his motion of thanks in Lok Sabha launched a ruthless attack on the opposition calling them 'adulterated'. 

He kept on comparing the opposition with his own Government. He said the present government is known for its honesty and transparency and for taking action against the corrupt. For them, crackdown on corruption is the focus as we are accountable to the people of India, he said. In defence of the interim budget presented by the government, Modi said that the criticism on budget is purely baseless. 

Targeting the opposition he aso said, "Mahagathbandhan is Mahamilawat". He said people are intelligent enough to understand that they do not want a 'Mahamilavat' government of the ones who recently gathered in Kolkata.

He continued broadcasting the achievements of his own government and said, "India is seeing remarkable progress in the last four years. In all spheres, investment, steel sector, startups, milk and agriculture, aviation- India's progress is outstanding."

Modi also attacked the Congress and that to mercilessly. He said that for many people BC stands for ' Before Congress' and AD stands for After Dynasty and now Congress is unable to digest the fact that a common man like Modi is challenging their dynasty.

"Mahatma Gandhi wanted Congress dissolved. So, I am only fulfilling his wishes. Even Ambedkar said that joining the Congress party is like committing suicide."

Talking about loan waivers for farmers Modi said that Congress has started the game of loan-waiver even before the elections. However that has not benefitted the farmers. He said that even the government would have trodden that path but instead they have empowered the farmers to repay the loans.
