Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed the nation on the auspicious occasion of Indian Independence Day 2023. PM Modi address the nation from the ramparts of the historic Red Fort in New Delhi and presented his vision of India in 2047 and also gave a special message to the Youths of the country. PM Modi's Speech on I-Day 2023 was the last time of his second tenure in his Prime Ministerial career, he addressed the nation. No wonder, PM Modi without naming any political parties outlined the three sins the country needs to get rid of and assured the people of India that in 2024 he will be back to hoist the Triclour on the Red Fort hinting that his party will win the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. What irked the opposition is when PM Modi outlined three sins of the country without taking any names. Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge skipped PM Modi's Independence Day 2023 speech and slammed him for talking about his party rather than the nation of India. Below is what PM Modi Speech said on 'three sins'-
"It is the commitment of my life to keep fighting against corruption. Second, dynasty politics has ruined the country. It has taken away the rights of people. And the third evil is appeasement which has left a blot on the national character. We have to fight against these three evils with full force - corruption, dynasty politics and appeasement. I will give an account of the country's achievements on next August 15 from Red Fort." said PM Modi.
Taking an indirect dig at the opposition, PM Modi further said, "In 2014, the people decided that to take the country forward, a stable and strong government is needed. India was freed from the era of instability. After I took over, my lakhs of bureaucrats began whole-heartedly working to transform the country across the length and breadth of the country."
PM Modi's 3 guarantees to the people of India-
PM Modi also gave 3 guarantees to the countrymen. First- In 5 years, India will become the world's third-largest economic power. Second- Those living in rented houses in cities will get concessions in bank loans. Third- 25 thousand Jan Aushadhi Kendras will be opened across the country. PM Modi also announced to start Vishwakarma Yojana on 17th September.

Mentioning the youths of India, PM Modi said, "There is no dearth of opportunities in the country. The country has the ability to provide endless opportunities." Adding that the ball is in India's court and the country should not let go of the opportunity, PM Modi said, "No ifs and buts on anyone's mind about India's capabilities. I can see that the country has an opportunity before it; this is the first year of Amrit Kaal - we are either living in our youth or have taken birth in the lap of Maa Bharti. What we do in this era, the steps we take, the decisions we make, will decide the golden history of the country."
