Pooja Hegde is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil films. She was the second runner-up at the 2010 Miss Universe India pageant. Following that, she made her acting debut with the Tamil film Mugamoodi released in 2012. She had her first Telugu release with Oka Laila Kosam in 2014. She has received four SIIMA Awards.

This movie was initially offered to Pooja but she rejected it.

It was directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada. It starred Varun Tej, Manushi Chhillar, Navdeep and Mir Sarwar in lead roles. The lead female role of this movie was offered to Pooja but she denied. This movie also did not perform well in the box office.
