After US Capitol unrest, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has again cautioned of an armed, violent protest before the sworn in ceremony of President elect Joseph R. Biden on January 20.

Vice President elect Kamala Harris and the president elect, both are expected to sworn in outside the US Capitol despite the warnings by intelligence agencies.

While security arrangements are being made for the peaceful ceremony, the January 6 storming of the Capitol has made everyone skeptical about it. Thousands of Trump supporters barged into the complex on the false claims about 'stolen presidential elections.'

Chad Wolf, acting head of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said he had instructed US Secret Service to begin special operations for the inauguration six days earlier on Wednesday.

15,000 National Guard Troops are expected to guard the event. Betsey DeVos, Elaine Chao and Chad Wolf are three Trump cabinet secretaries who have stepped down after the Capitol unrest.

Pro-Trump and far-right users have called an armed protest on January 17 on social networking sites and also a march on Washington DC on the inauguration day.

One group is calling for 'storming' of the state, local and federal courthouse if Trump is removed from the office early or on inauguration day. More than 10,000 National Guard troops will be at the capital by the weekend, with about 5,000 more available if requested, said Chief of the National Guard Bureau General Daniel Hokanson.
