Pause for a minute in your busy lifestyle! Do you also think that patience is an art and wish if you had the same? Patience is the ability to calm down before you blast off. We sometimes crave for things so badly that we actually ruin them before we attain them. We become impatient when we crave for that “NOW”, battling with time and developing anger.
 
Stepping out of comfort zone is the major scenario where an individual faces peak of discomfort and loses patience. Let us explain this by a simple example. When we buy new shoes, they are never as comfortable and soft to the feet as the old ones. They may hurt or at times cut the feet. But all we need to learn there is adjust and have a bit of patience. This applies to all new tasks, jobs and even relationships. The soul of the shoe is its sole and that has to be strong. So, in every work or relationship, the strong and the most basic part has to be the foundation.

Here are some tips on how to instill patience:
 
  Find the cause of the impatient behavior. Seek out which is the pressure which shoots out the lava. For example: A person behavior, work stress, relationship issues etc.
  Make yourself wait. It is psychologically the best method to train your brain.
  Cease doing the things that make you irritable and impatient.
  Relax and take deep breaths. Even if you spend 2 minutes to realize the situation calmly, it can prevent you from having big problems.
  Be an active listener.
  Control and manage emotions
  Focus on keeping yourself too busy
  Keep smiling by thinking about good things in your life in even the worst situations.
 
Let us rant a simple mantra of self realization that is not to let the world overpower us else they will shatter us .But if one decides to keep the spirit bold, then the world cannot ever play with anyone emotions.
