Prime Minister Narendra Modi has topped Morning Consult's 'Global Leader Approval' ratings for the second time, receiving the highest approval ratings of 70%.
According to the data released by the American firm, Prime Minister Modi is the world's most popular leader, followed by Mexico's President López Obrador (66%) and Italy's Prime Minister Mario Draghi (58%).

Mexico's president, López Obrador, comes in second with a 66 percent support rating. President Joe Biden of the United States is not in the top five, as Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison's approval rating has recently exceeded Biden's.
While Prime Minister Modi's popularity rating remained unchanged between September and November, Biden's approval rating dropped a few points, knocking him out of Morning Consult's top five global leaders list.
PM Modi's disapproval rating as of November 2 was 24 percent, according to the trackers. PM Modi's approval rating peaked at 84 percent in May 2020, just after India was hit by the epidemic.
