In a major shocker for Sushant Singh Rajput's fans, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in its report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has "hinted" that the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was suicide and not murder. The AIIMS forensic panel under Dr. Sudhir Gupta was formed at the request of the CBI in August to assist in giving medico-legal opinion in connection with the death of the late actor.

Dr. Sudhir Gupta said, "Sushant's death is a case of suicide. Murder completely ruled out". After this, the political fraternity and the media have started slamming the BJP for defaming the Mumbai Police.

BJP leader Priyanka Tibrewal who has been criticizing the Mumbai Police over Sushant Singh Rajput's case yet again slammed the Mumbai Police. Talking to a media channel, Priyanka said, "For some, it may be a victory but for me, it is not. I was expecting this, after a delay of 65 days, I knew it very well that nothing will come put from the CBI which I have been saying again and again. There was destruction of evidence. 65 days is a big time to clean-up things. Now, coming to the conclusion of the CBI, it is based on what? We have to analyze that and what the AIIMS is upholding.  The AIIMS is upholding things based on the things provided to them by the Mumbai Police."

On being asked if she is undermining the work of the CBI, Priyanka said, "I am in the field of law for the past 15 years. Once the evidence is destroyed it is very difficult to get them back. I am not doubting what the CBI is doing but we have to see that they were investigation based on the evidence the Mumbai Police provided."
