The imaginary hospital in the show is located in Miami, and the reason behind choosing the city was to capture its colorful and vibrant energy.
As per reports, the interior of the Maguire Hospital shown in the Netflix series is actually filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In order to avoid filming in a real working hospital, the Pulse team shot some of the interior scenes for the hospital on the sets in Albuquerque.
