Multiple dramatic footages are going viral on social media in which multiple Canadian Police vehicles were seen surrounding an SUV near a mall to nab a man. As per reports, the Canadian Police have arrested a 25-year-old Punjab-origin Brampton man named Ramanpreet Singh. Ramanpreet Singh has been arrested and is now facing half a dozen charges for attempting to drive over police cruisers at a Tim Hortons drive-thru in Mississauga. As per reports, Peel police were called to the Westwood Mall area near Goreway Drive and Etude Drive in Mississauga following reports of a suspicious vehicle.
A video, which has gone viral, shows multiple PRP officers pulling up in their cruisers as the driver of a Ford Bronco is seen at the Tim Hortons drive-thru. The Canadian Police reportedly located the vehicle and found out that the SUV was a stolen property. Hence, the Police surrounded the vehicle in order to stop it from fleeing. On the other hand, the Brampton man attempted to flee in the vehicle and hence he run over multiple Canadian Police sedans. However, Ramanpreet Singh was taken into custody. The suspect suffered minor injuries. Investigations are currently underway.
Canadian media reported that 12 Division uniform patrol officers received a call for a suspicious vehicle in the area of Westwood Mall near Goreway Drive and Etude Drive in Mississauga on September 3, 2204. Ramanpreet Singh is now charged with three counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and one count each of flight from peace officer, dangerous operation and, obstruct peace officer.
