Krishan Kumar, Secretary, Punjab School Education Department has issued new guidelines for the preparation of students for the National Achievement Survey (NAS). The examination is being conducted on November 12, 2021.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Punjab education department said that teachers have been asked to create a question bank for better performance in the field of education.
In this regard ‘Parho Punjab Paraho Punjab’ teams have also been directed to assist the teachers. These teams have been asked to compile the questions at the district level.
According to the spokesperson, the teachers have been directed to prepare maximum number of questions papers and send these assessment papers to the students both online and offline so that all students can be properly prepared for the NAS.
The teachers have been asked to follow the instructions of Covid-19 during the preparation of students, beside ensuring the attendance of students in the assessment examination.

According to the spokesperson, the basis of the National Achievement Survey is learning outcomes. The questions in this exam do not come directly from the the books but from the concept of syllabus. This practice improves the level of education of the students.
