Recently punjabi singers Karan Aujla and Sharry Mann have received threats on Facebook from the Jassa Group, which has links with the notorious Bambiha gang. The group warned the singers to settle their accounts and implied that they may face consequences for dancing with the Lawrence gang. This comes after Lawrence's brother Anmol Karan was seen on stage with Aujla during a program in Bakersfield, California, and even took a selfie together. The incident has apparently angered the Bambiha gang, leading to the threatening post on social media.
The post on social media accused Lawrence and his group of taking advantage of Sidhu Moosewala's death and using the media to gain fame. The group further alleged that Lawrence is dependent on others and hides like a rat. The post also claims that Anmol Karan and Sachin, along with Canadian gangster Goldie Brar, were involved in Musewala's murder. The group has vowed to bring all the accused in the case to account and get justice for Moosewala's family.
Significantly, in the investigation conducted by Punjab Police, it was revealed that Lawrence had hatched a conspiracy to kill Sidhu Musewala while sitting in Tihar Jail. His brother Anmol and nephew Sachin, along with Goldie Brar, executed the entire conspiracy. They got Musewala's Reiki done and arranged for the shooters and weapons. To save his brother, Lawrence made fake passports of Anmol and Sachin and sent them out of the country after getting Musewala murdered.
The threatening post on social media has raised concerns about the safety of Punjabi singers who are often associated with gangsters and their activities. It has also highlighted the influence of gangs in the Punjabi music industry and their ability to threaten and intimidate artists. The Punjab government has been urged to take action to protect the artists and ensure that justice is served in the Musewala case.
The development has also sparked outrage among fans and supporters of Aujla and Mann, who have condemned the threats and demanded that the artists be protected. The incident has brought to the forefront the issue of gang violence and its impact on the Punjabi music industry, which has seen a rise in such incidents in recent times.
