The answer is yes. Pyaari Tarawali The True Story, a women-oriented film is based on a true story, which has won multiple awards. Pyaari Tarawali The True Story is an intense and captivating love story drama of Pyaari, an enigma of womanhood, desiring love with freedom and of a common dreamy tea-seller Laxman Chai wallah, transformed from a Novel.
Going by the trailer, Pyaari Tarawali The True Story revolves around a young woman named Pyaari (Dolly Tomar) who settles down with a simple, caring man Laxman Chai wallah after two failed marriages. But she wants more from the relationship than household duties, and runs away to fulfil her desire for love and freedom.
Laxman Chai Wallah is portrayed by Rajneesh Dubey. At first, he portrays the character of a bachelor eager to get married. Ultimately, he marries Pyaari and becomes her third husband. However, Pyaari again flees and thereafter, Laxman goes to find his wife in Madhya Pradesh.
It is pertinent to mention here that although the makers say that Pyaari Tarawali is a true story, but they haven't revealed on whom the story is based on.
