Congress leader Rahul Gandhi slammed the Modi government on Kashmir DSP Davinder Singh Case. He accused the government that it is trying to silence the case of arrested police officer DSP Davinder Singh by transferring it to NIA.
In a tweet on Friday, Rahul Gandhi said, "The best way to silence Terrorist DSP Davinder, is to hand the case to the NIA. The NIA is headed by another Modi - YK, who investigated the Gujarat Riots & Haren Pandya's assassination. In YK's care, the case is as good as dead. #WhoWantsTerroristDavinderSilenced And why??"
Pointing at the government's failure in arresting Davinder Singh while he was aiding terrorists and was even named by hanged terrorist Afzal Guru, Rahul Gandhi said the case should be transferred to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), so that it can be silenced forever.
