"I am not alleging anything anymore... government documents are saying it for themselves," said the Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi launching non-stop scathing attacks on the Prime Minister over the Rafale Deal Scam. He said that all he wants now is a probe into the scam and demanded for Prime Minister Narendra Modi also to be included into the probe as the leaked papers also mentioned the Prime Minister involved into the negotiations.
RaGa said that the government, stating the papers were 'stolen', has indirectly accepted the authenticity of the papers and now instead of probing into how these papers got 'stolen' or 'leaked', the top court must take into account what those papers state. He alleged Modi of delaying the purchase so that Anil Ambani could get the deal denying HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), the public sector aviation company in the new deal.
"It is now the court's job and the government's job to ensure that justice is done... You can charge anything you want on anyone, but also press charges on the Prime Minister," added Rahul Gandhi.

"Mr Gandhi will only listen when Pakistan would certify the Rafale deal. He believes in Pakistan more than in India's forces," added the Union Minister.
On Wednesday, Supreme Court had made deliberations on whether to reopen the Rafale Deal case to which the centre had said that the related confidential documents were 'stolen' from the Defence Minister.
