Businessman Rajiv Saxena has been granted an interim bail till February 22 by a special court in Delhi in the VVIP AugustaWestland chopper scam and a relief on two sureties of Rs. 5 lakh each.
The court though has restricted Saxena to move out of the city and ordered Saxena to restrain himself from influencing other witnesses in the case.
Special Judge Arvind Kumar, while granting the bail, asked AIIMS to file a detailed medical report on his health and posted the matter for February 22 when the case would be next heard.
