Amidst appreciation galore for her performance in Gehraiyaan, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has finally opened up on her life with her husband Ranveer Singh and what is her family's equation with him. Speaking to Harper Bazar India, Deepika Padukone called Ranveer Singh her 'biggest cheerleader' and explained why her family admire him a lot.
Calling Ranveer Singh her 'biggest cheerleader', Deepika Padukone stated that he is not her biggest cheerleader on social media but also at home. Furthermore, Deepika terms Ranveer Singh as 'emotional and senstivite' partner and revealed that whenever her parents meet him, he always tell them how proud he is of his wife. Deepika also stated that Ranveer Singh pays attention to little things and that is what she she appreciates most about him. Notably Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married in November 2018 and ever since both of them are living a happy married life.
"Ranveer is definitely my cheerleader...but it’s not just on social media, it’s at home, too, like when I try my hand at gardening or cook a meal. Ranveer is a sensitive and emotional partner. Even when he meets my parents, he always tells them how proud he is of me. He pays attention to the little things, and that’s what I appreciate about him the most. My family is not as forthright as Ranveer but they always admire how he is able to express his emotions so generously...that’s just who he is," said Deepika Padukone on her married life with Ranveer Singh.
Deepika Padukone was last seen Sakun Batra's Gehraiyaan which was released on Amazon Prime Video. Deepika earned a lot of praise for her performance in Gehraiyaan which was about complex and layered human relationships. The movie also featured Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Dhairya Karwa. Coming to Deepika Padukone's future project, the actress will seen opposite to Hrithik Roshan in movie Fighter. Furthermore, Deepika is working in Pathaan along with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. She also has Project K with Prabhas and the Hindi remake of The Intern alongside Amitabh Bachchan.
