BJP's Lok Sabha Election candidate from Ludhiana, Ravneet Bittu on Sunday warned of legal actions for those sharing his alleged call recording with Simranjeet Singh Bains. Simranjeet Banins reportedly leaked Ravneet Bittu's call recording in which Ludhiana MP was heard abusing Congress and BJP leaders. Not only this but by sharing the leaked Ravneet Bittu's audio, Bains stated that the Ludhiana MP tried to lure him to join the BJP. Bains further stated that Ravneet Bittu's call recording was recorded after he joined the BJP.
Now, Ravneet Bittu has broken his silence in the entire controversy. Bittu clarified that he has nothing to do with the audio which is going viral. Bittu stated that he will file a complaint in the IT Cell of the Police on the person who shared the audio. Bittu stated that the leaked call controversy is nothing but an attempt to defame him.
Ravneet Singh Bittu said that there are elections, and this kind of work has to be done now. Everyone has my voice. He doesn't know how his voice will be used in edited video or audio through Computer. This work has to continue for 10 days now. We will also complain about whoever plays this audio. What is the purpose of playing these audios? These cases will proceed separately. The IT department will see who has created or run this audio.
On the allegation of luring other party leaders to the BJP, Bittu said I call everyone that all the leaders should join the BJP. PM Modi is giving respect to Punjab and Punjabis. Bittu said that I do not know whether the audio has been released by Simarjeet Singh Bains or not. On Bains, Bittu said that he is like my elder brother, we both have been contesting elections with each other. Earlier Bains used to contest elections like a man but now that he has joined Congress, Congress is an expert in getting such things done.
