Kangana Ranaut's comparison of Mumbai with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) has not gone well in the Bollywood industry as the actress has been isolated as many Bollywood stars have slammed the actress.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut recently threatened Kangana Ranaut and asked the actress to not come to Mumbai after she made a statement on Twitter that she feared the city (Mumbai) police force than the movie mafia.
Raut denounced Kangana's move in Shiv Sena's mouthpiece 'Saamana' and wrote that that the actress' 'treachery' was shameful, considering that she criticizes the city police force despite making a living in Mumbai.
"We kindly request her not to come to Mumbai. This is nothing but insult to Mumbai police. The Home Ministry should take action over it,” Raut wrote.
Following this comment, Kangana on her twitter slammed Raut and wrote, "Sanjay Raut Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai after Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?"

This comment of Kangana was widely criticized by many Bollywood actors. Veteran actress Renuka Sahane on her twitter wrote, "Dear @KanganaTeam Mumbai is the city where your dream of becoming a Bollywood star has been fulfilled, one would expect you to have some respect for this wonderful city. It's appalling how you compared Mumbai with POK! उचलली जीभ आणि लावली टाळ्याला ."
She also wrote, "Dear @KanganaTeam I am all for criticizing Govts. But "why Mumbai is feeling like POK" seems to me like a direct comparison between Mumbai & POK. Your comparison was really in bad taste. As a Mumbaikar I did not like it! Maybe it was naive of me to expect any better from you."
