As per the document written by Chinese scientists and health officials, SARS coronaviruses were a 'new era of genetic weapons' that could be manipulated into human disease virus and then can be weaponized.
It is reported that this leaked document was 5 years before the covid-19 pandemic. The document was named "The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons". The research paper suggested that World War three would be fought with biological weapons.

The report was published by Weekend Australian.
Peter Jennings, the Executive Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), told that the document is so close to the smoking gun. He further said, "I think this is significant because it clearly shows that Chinese scientists were thinking about military application for different strains of the coronavirus and thinking about how it could be deployed."
He added, "It begins to firm up the possibility that what we have here is the accidental release of a pathogen for military use. If this was a case of transmission from a wet market it would be in China's interest to co-operate... we've had the opposite."
Depending upon the paper, he also questioned about the fact that why the Chinese government was hesitating for outside investigations into the origin of Covid-19.
The leaked document was verified by Robert Potter, a cybersecurity specialist. Potter said, "We have reached the conclusion that it was purely genuine, it's not fake but it is on someone else to interpret how serious it is."
He added, "It emerged in the last few years, they (Chinese) will almost try to remove it now it's been covered."

Potter after seeing the Chinese research paper claimed that the paper is interesting. "It's a really interesting article to show what their scientific researchers are thinking", he said.
The Covid-19 has emerged in the last of November 2019, has been caused by a coronavirus named SARS-Co V-2. Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses and cause respiratory diseases in humans - from the common cold to Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
