As the healthcare system of Jalandhar district witnesseda stretch due to unprecedented surge in the Covid cases, the Deputy CommissionerGhanshyam Thori has called for maximum sting operations against the blackmarketing and hoarding of medical facilities.
In a stern move against the black marketers, DC Thori hasmade his WhatsApp numbers (9888981881, 9501799068) public and has asked theresidents to report directly to him if they come in contact with such a person.
He has also voiced out to carry maximum sting operations against the blackmarketers of oxygen cylinders, Remdesivir, Tocilizumab, RT-PCR/RAT testovercharging, and any such other activity which impacts Covid patients.
“FIR will be lodged against the culprit,” DC added.
DC Thori has also sought the cooperation of the localites tohelp those in need.
