The makers of Gadar 2 on Thursday released its first song, and it started trending on social media. The makers of Gadar 2 dropped the reprise version of the super-hit song Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava sung by Udit Narayan. Notably, Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava was among the most romantic song of Gadar 1 when it was released. Therefore the makers decided to relaunch this song in the upcoming sequel of the blockbuster movie. Gadar 2 which is slated to be released in August this year is among the most awaited movie in India and the movie is returning with its original lead actors- Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel.
Talking about Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava song of Gadar 2, Sunny Deol can be seen romancing with Amisha Patel. Fans have been hailing the duo for their 'timeless' chemistry. Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel picked up from where they had left, with snapshots of the 2001 film ‘Gadar’ in between. Gadar 2's song is sure to reignite the same nostalgic fervour while adding a modern touch to it. While Sunny Deol will be portraying the character of Tara Singh, Ameesha Patel will be playing the Pakistani girl named Sakeena.

Coming back to the movie, 'Gadar 2' is a sequel to Anil Sharma's 2001 directorial 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha'. The film is a period action drama, written by Shaktimaan Talwar. 'Gadar 2' features Ameesha Patel, Sunny Deol and Utkarsh Sharma in lead roles. Sunny Deol's upcoming movie is set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. Tara Singh (Sunny Deol) returns to Pakistan to bring back his son, Charanjeet (Utkarsh Sharma).
