Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty who was acting quite innocent and praying for CBI Inquiry from Union Home Minister has now taken a u-turn. Chakraborty's lawyer has filed a petition on her behalf, requesting that the investigation into the death of her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput be transferred to Mumbai. Sushant’s father, KK Singh on Tuesday filed an FIR against Rhea under the various sections of the Indian Penal Code at Patna's Rajeev Nagar Police Station.

Sushant Singh Rajput's family filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty. K.K. Singh has filed an FIR in the Rajiv Nagar police station accusing six people, including actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetment to suicide."Rhea Chakraborty and five other persons have been charged under Sections 340, 341, 380, 406, 420, and 306 of IPC after Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against them. Further investigation is going on in the case," Sanjay Kumar, IG Patna Central Zone.
