Sushant Singh Rajput's case has taken a U-turn after a journalist shared a WhatsApp chat of the late actor's sister Neetu Singh. The WhatsApp chat shows that Neetu Singh was well aware of Sushant's depression. The chat is of November 2019 and it contains Sushant's presciption that he was recommended by the doctors for his depression.
Now, Rhea Chakraborty is all set to take legal action against Sushant's family. Rhea's lawyer Satish Manshinde says, “The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor's mental health."
Maneshinde also said, “They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance." Rhea Chakraborty will be taking all possible legal action, including prosecution, against the family.
The family had said that they were not aware of Sushant's depression and Sushant's father KK Singh even shared his WhatsApp message which depicted he tried to contact Sushant and Rhea did not let him talk.
Now, with all such developments, the CBI probe has turned even more complex.
